Salary: £23,000 pa
Contract: 20-30 hours per week with flexbile working hours, 1 year contract

As part of the Prime Minister's Dementia Challenge*, Berkshire Care Association (BCA) in partnership with Wokingham, Reading and West Berkshire Councils, require a skilled and knowledgeable care professional to implement and lead a new and exciting project.
Working with Domiciliary care organisations and staff you will analyse training/learning and development needs around dementia care.
*NHS South of England responded to the Prime Minister's Challenge on Dementia, launched in March 2012, by pledging additional money to enable local GPs to commission innovations and best practice in dementia care.
The aim of the Dementia Challenge Fund is to drive improvements further and faster, to make a real difference for people living with dementia, including their families and carers .
A sound knowledge of Health and Social Care and training/learning and development in the sector is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
