An exciting opportunity within our Residential Services that offer planned short breaks and Full-Time Placements to young people with learning disabilities. The home can accommodate up to 8 young people at anyone time.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the daily management of the home and has a crucial role in developing quality standards, managing a staff team, budget management and providing a high quality service for young people.
Successful completion of an appropriate Management Qualification e.g. Diploma in Management or equivalent competency based scheme.
Ability to evidence appropriate experience of effective people management i.e. application of appropriate procedures and delegated decision making within the personnel processes and procedures.
Appropriate experience of budget management to include effective application and compliance with financial procedures.
Ability to take a lead role that has led to development or change within the service.
Ability to evidence the successful completion of a project including the planning and management of the project.
