KeepOut is a unique crime diversion scheme that offers a weekly programme to young people aged 13 to 17 years who are at risk of either entering or re-entering the criminal justice system. Workshops are delivered in prisons by a selcted team of prisoners traiend and managed by KeepOut staff, with additional support from prison staff.
The scheme is a highly respected incorporated charity that currently operatins in HMP Coldingle, HMP Send and HMP Lewes and is in the process of being established and HMP Brixton.
They are looking for a motivated, enthusiasitc, flexible and well organised person with administrative and IT skills to support the Operation Manage at HMP Lewes. Experience of working with either prisoners, young people, adults or families with n understanding of the ciminal justice system would be an advantage.
