Colebrook was established in 1983 to offer housing and support to people moving out from Moorhaven and other long stay mental health institutions. We took our name from our first housing support project, which was based in Colebrook, Plympton.
Community Centre Manager (Full Time) £25,000
To play a key role in the initial project and ongoing day to day management of two community halls which Colebrook have recently acquired. The role will involve working to ensure both centres attain financial viability with support from the development team and the recruitment/management of volunteers and a volunteer steering group.
This is a one year fixed term position with possible extension.

Accommodation Support Workers (Full and Part Time) £16,400 pro rata
We are looking for support workers to provide support to people with a range of support needs in an accommodation based environment. This post will include direct support as well as housing management and administration tasks. Full and part time hours available to be worked flexibly according to client and organisational need. Includes weekends and evenings for which no additional payment is made. May also include sleep-ins / out of hours duties, depending on service requirement, for which an additional payment is made per sleep-in / out of hours duty.

Outreach Support Workers (Full and Part Time) £7.90 per hour
To provide user led support to people with a range of support needs. This is a community post supporting people in an outreach setting or in their own homes. This is an opportunity to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. There is an additional payment for waking nights and sleep-ins where relevant.

General Support Workers (Full and Part Time) £7.00 per hour
To provide user led support to people with a range of support needs. This is a community post supporting people in an outreach setting or in their own homes. This is a similar position to the Outreach worker above, for those people with less experience at support work.
