How a Facebook Group could benefit your social organisation
- 05 Nov
Facebook groups can be difficult to set up, but can reap great benefits for your social organisation.
In this post we look at the benefits that having a Facebook group can have for your organisation.
1) Private space for the people you work with to connect - A Facebook group is a great way to communicate with the people you work with without having the world and his wife seeing. Creating a group with the privacy settings on means that only people you invite can join, keeping information private.
2) An internal communication tool - Social media is a great way to communicate, and not just with the people who use your services, but also the people who work with you. Create a private group that just contains the people that work with your organisation for a free way to discuss new ideas and important matters.
3) A way to provide more in-depth support on different issues - If your organisation has more than one focus, having numerous groups that develop each focus could be a great idea. This means that whilst your main page will cover every focus your organisation may have, you can create separate groups that will go into more detail and provide more support to the people who need it.
If you need help setting up a Facebook Group for your organisation, or want to hear more benefits that could come from having one, then please get in touch. We'd be more than happy to help.
