New device to help save those suffering from a heart attack

Sometimes human response isn't fast enough in an emergency, so could a robot be a viable solution to speed up the process?
German non-profit Definetz and drone-developer Height Tech have developed a drone named Defikopter that parachutes defibrillators to heart attack victims and emergency responders, Mashable reports.
Defikopter is controlled by a GPS-enabled smartphone app and lets users request an emergency defibrillator. It can travel within a 6 mile radius with speed up to 43 mph. It is believed that the drone will be useful in avoiding traffic jams and in sparsely populated areas or places that have a difficult terrain.
The American Cross reports that "for each minute defibrillation is delayed, the chance of survival is reduced approximately 10%" meaning the drone's quick response time could make all the difference.
