    Colebrook (SW) Ltd is a not for profit organisation delivering a range of services across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.  They provide supported housing, outreach support, carers’ services, involvement and participation services and community development initiatives.

    Outreach Support Workers (Full and Part Time)  £7.90 per hour 

    To provide user led support to people with a range of support needs. This is a community post supporting people in an outreach setting or in their own homes.  This is an opportunity to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. There is an additional payment for waking nights and sleep-ins where relevant.

    General Support Workers (Full and Part Time)  £7.00 per hour

    To provide user led support to people with a range of support needs. This is a community post supporting people in an outreach setting or in their own homes.  This is a similar position to the Outreach worker above, for those people with less experience at support work.
