    Colebrook (SW) Ltd is a not for profit organisation delivering a range of services across Plymouth and the surrounding areas.

    Colebrook provide supported housing, outreach support, carers’ services, involvement and participation services and community development initiatives.

    1. Outreach Support Workers (Full and Part Time) – £7.90 per hour

    To provide user led support to people with a range of support needs.

    This is a community post supporting people in an outreach setting or in their own homes. 

    We welcome applications from candidates with a wealth of support experience but also have General Support Worker posts available both full and part time.  This is an opportunity to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.

    There is an additional payment for waking nights and sleep-ins.

    2. General Support Workers (Full and Part Time) – £7.00 per hour

    If you have minimal experience, then you may still be suitable for our General support worker position.

    3. Outreach Co-ordinator (Full Time) £19,590 pro rata

    We are looking for an experienced Outreach Co-ordinator to assist the Support Services Manager in the overall running and development of three outreach support services.  This is a fixed term contract of up to 12 months to cover maternity leave.

    "It was well-run, in a good location, and very useful.  I've only one suggestion; as the session went on it would perhaps have been useful for bullet points of general agreement about what should be in the sector response to be displayed and added to as the session went on, maybe on a flip chart. Regarding your response paper, I particularly like the answer you give to question 9.  In fact the general: "if it ain't broke don't fix it" response could be pushed harder."
