    A website has been developed to help educate young people in the UK about mental health and medication that surrounds it.

    Created by Mental Health charity Young Minds, HeadMeds has been created to give information about medications which can help people with their mental health.

    The information gathered by HeadMeds has been compiled using Patient Information Leaflets and Summary of Product Characteristics. In order to make the site as useful as possible Young Minds held focus groups with young people to find out what they might want to know.

    On the site users will find popular medication that is used to treat young people with mental health problems, and will describe what the medication is, give experiences from people using it and explains how it works and possible side effects.

    Also on the site it will give a list of mental health conditions and a description of what each one is.

    "It was well-run, in a good location, and very useful.  I've only one suggestion; as the session went on it would perhaps have been useful for bullet points of general agreement about what should be in the sector response to be displayed and added to as the session went on, maybe on a flip chart. Regarding your response paper, I particularly like the answer you give to question 9.  In fact the general: "if it ain't broke don't fix it" response could be pushed harder."
